Did you know that there is an Eating Cycle?

Well there is, and it is the secret to digesting your food more quickly.  Digesting your food properly and eliminating that which your body does not need is key to losing weight.  Most people when they go on a diet simply starve themselves, while this may seem to make sense, in reality what you are telling your body is ” we don’t have any food” so your body in order to protect itself  slows your metabolism to a crawl and starts to store food as fat.

Next because you are “starving” and your body in not digesting your food properly, it starts to send out cravings.  But when you understand the eating cycle you are already ahead of the game.  According to Wes, there are 3 phases to the “eating cycle” and we are about to take a look a each of them in a little more detail.

These three phases of the eating cycle are based on the simple normal functions of digestion.  First is the “appropriation” phase, it is followed by the The Fat Diminisher System“assimilation” phase and finally there is the “elimination” phase of the “eating cycle.  In the “appropriation” phase we are busy taking in our food, in the “assimilation” phase we absorb our food and our bodies begin to use it as fuel.  The final phase the “elimination” phase is were our bodies get rid of those things our bodies cannot use.   I for one was unaware of this cycle but by mastering it you are one step further ahead on your weight loss journey.  Let me give some ideas on how these cycles can go wrong.

Let’s assume you work late come home and don’t eat dinner until around 9 pm, since you have to get up early for work you go to bed at around 10 pm.  By doing this you have pushed the “appropriation” phase beyond it’s limits and you have delayed the “assimilation” phase out beyond its intended start time.  Now in the morning you wake up feeling groggy and tired.

This is just one of the examples given in the Fat Diminisher System of how the eating cycle should work but because of our busy modern lifestyle we prevent this normal cycle from happening.  Your body wants to return to this normal cycle and in doing so your body will begin to process your food normally.  Now you can actually begin to lose the weight you want lose.
